Hi, my name is Kelly Donoghue, founder of Slim Your Core. I’m in my 50’s and I found just losing a few pounds is NO longer the answer to looking and feeling good in my clothes.
I want to achieve much more. I want to achieve good muscle tone, circulation and improve my strength and mobility and prevent injuries.

Well, first I want to say at my age I want to be active and play hard, but I don’t want to be sore or have injuries.

After all, it is YOUR body and I’m a firm believer in USE IT or LOSE IT.
